Title: Accounts Assistant
Descriptions:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and accounting functions within the accounting department
Should perform following duties:
Timesheets collections
Generate invoices and submission to clients
Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
Reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares balance sheet reconciliation and clears exception items
Posts ledger and general journal entries
Verifies and audits expense reports, journal entries, purchase orders, sales orders etc.
Responds to routine questions related to area of responsibility
All other duties as assigned
Produces standard accounts receivable & payable reports and balances with detailed data.
Maintains data files to ensure up-to-date access to information.
Experience with payroll and accounting interfaces a plus.
To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.
AR follow-ups
Prepare checks for payment
Weekly work reports
Requirements:
1 + years of US accounting knowledge
Quick Books Software Knowledge
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Very strong communication skills
Willing to work in night shift (EST time 9:00AM to 5:30PM)
Preferred Skills:
Skill acquires general job qualifications and to learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Job complexity works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment, has little or no decision-making in this role.
Excel spreadsheet, Word, Access, and general computer skills
Strong customer service focus
Analytical focus in order to develop reports and solve problems
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, oral and written communications skills
Ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization

Responsibilities
• Keep the customer happy.
• Client Requirement gathering, communicating requirement to product development team and follow up.
• Handling BO execution, support.
• Coordinating with key corporate users and teams.
• Maintaining documentation, administration work.
• Maintaining, updating and cleaning client/customer data.
• Ensuring data accuracy across the system including HR, Biz Dev and Data.
• Run, analyze and resolve scheduled HR data management audit.
• Maintaining data base and reports.
Required Qualification
• 2+ years of similar experience in and IT company.
• Graduate with computer knowledge.
• Good English Communication skills and telephone manners – should be able to communicate with US clients.
• Should be good in both written and oral communication
Highly Desired Skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
• Can clearly communicate at all levels.
• Ability to think out of the box to solve problems.
• Ability to work in a team environment where workflow is subject to changing priorities.
