| Creative Supervisors/ Game Producers | |
We are currently looking for Creative Supervisors/ Producers to join our Game Development team. In this role you will work with a variety of our artists and game quality assurance team to ensure smooth development and delivery of quality products especially from the creative side. You will also co-ordinate with the programming leads to help bring the game to market.
Responsibilities:
------------------
- Manage all facets of game Art production including: scheduling, resource management, approvals, asset delivery and routine production tasks.
- Make sure Art style is maintained through out the game and co-ordinate with Artists giving them all the reference materials and direction as and when needed.
- Provide game design feedback
Qualifications:
----------------
- 3-5 years experience in game development, casual game development ideal
- A passion for excellent game design and delivery
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a highly motivated team player who possesses strong collaboration skills
- Experience providing game design feedback
- Web-browser and MS Office knowledge required
- Knowledge of Graphics Tools is desired
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

ChaYoWo Games is seeking Game Designers to help in the design and development of downloadable/online/ iPhone/ Social games. The Game Designer will work closely with other Game Designers and Producers in our Ideation team , throughout all stages of game development, coming up with original game ideas, writing design documents, and tuning game prototypes to prepare the most fun and successful games in the marketplace for release.
Responsibilities:
------------------
- Managing the process of designing innovative, state-of-the-art games, sequels to proven franchises, and new intellectual property
- Write complete Game Design Documents outlining all aspects of the game including game mechanics, story creation, voiceovers, level design, and game flow.
- Review, evaluate, and provide input for game designs submitted from external game developers.
- Manage rapid prototype and proof of concept for new game ideas, whether on paper or electronically.
- Maintain and keep current on industry knowledge of competitive games, successful genres, and popular funmechanics.
- Aware of consumer demographics and psychographics within Casual Game Market.
- Capable of communicating complex game designs to a wide and varied audience.
- Drive the planning and execution of all creative game design tasks across multiple platforms such as PC and Mac downloadable, flash-based web games, Social Games, mobile, and console.
