Openings for CA- Inter / ICWAI - Inter candidates with good experience in Accounts & Finance
1. To establish process controls that would ensure data security and protection of confidential information
2. To facilitate documentation of all processes to comply with Quality Standards and ensure strict compliance at all levels before start of any new activity.
3. To plan transition all process driven activities (current and new) in consultation with Client.
4. To review time sheet and relate the same to cycle time and customer billing. Maintain records / logs for transfer pricing.
5. To organize Daily production review meetings including operational issues with the supervisors of each activity and weekly review of the same with the Manager.
6. To evolve a monthly report on all the events, achievements, production, resource utilization, financial performance etc is to be submitted to the management

Eligible candidate should have the following qualifications:
(a) Cargo vessel officers aged between 25 and 35 with a mate’s ticket
(b) Bachelor of Commerce graduates currently working as vessel operators with Indian ship owners / shipbrokers
The successful candidate(s) duties will involve direct operational control of a group of vessels – major duties include
• Analyze Charter parties and draw up detailed Vessel Voyage Instructions
• Cargo intake planning / agency appointments / bunker planning / weather routing service appointments / frequent contact with Master / Owners / shippers / receivers
• Close and frequent contact with the Commercial shipping team, and offices in Geneva / Singapore
• Check Bills of Lading / Letters of Indemnity
• Voyage estimate revisions and updating schedules
• Must be performance and team orientated and customer focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed
• The key quality is to seek responsibility and have a proactive approach, able to respond effectively and timely to all activities that physical vessel operation entails.

| Overall Experience of 8 to 12 years out of which should have 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting BPO industry.• Monitor and manage the day to day deliverables of GL, Cash Application and AP processes to ensure meeting the agreed SLA with the client.• Review the sub processes, evaluate the findings, lapses and weaknesses with a view to recommend improvements in the current operating practices and procedures.• Undertake any special project assignment as assigned by the Senior Management for preparing the solution report for the prospective clients’ Request for Proposal.• The three processes are involved in accounting of transactions relating to US,Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific operations.• Preparing and submitting Management Summary monthly report to Clients.• Participate in weekly/bimonthly/monthly operations calls with the stake holders.• Deal with the issues reported by the client and handle with ease process changes requested by client.• Co-ordinate with internal Tech team and client’s tech team.• Any other tasks that may be required to perform from time to time. | |
