  • Content Manager
    We are looking for a qualified and dynamic content manager, who can take up the responsibilities of content management of Fingent’s services and products. As a content manage the individual will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content activities to improve and assist the sales and marketing team.
    The ideal candidate should have experience in handling creative content, a deep understanding of digital marketing and demonstrate strong b2b and creative writing skills. The candidate will also be responsible for all marketing content initiatives to ensure inbound website visits, brand consistency and engagement.


    - Develop a deep understanding of Fingent’s product/service and the persona of our target audience.

    - Create good content that will resonate with our target audience.

    - Manage our list of content providers and ensure quality content is delivered from them.

    - Work closely with sales and marketing to identify new venues where Fingent can be represented in terms of content marketing.

    - Work closely with the sales and marketing department to tap into opportunities for content marketing.

    - Plan and execute content marketing strategies. Distribute content across all channels and improve reach.
    - Develop the content calendar and ensure that it aligns with the campaign strategy.

    - Keep track of KPI’s and ensure that tasks and schedules are met consistently.

    - Generate new ideas to engage the target audience.

    - Engage with Management and Technical Team Leads to create content based on their input.

    - Ensure that case studies and whitepapers are updated according to project completion schedules.

    - Work closely with the creative team for producing marketing content.


    - Experience working in the IT industry.

    - Proven work experience as a content manager, with a good understanding of digital marketing.

    - Good Editing and Writing skills, with hands-on experience with MS Office and
    - Attention to Detail.
    - Good Organizational and time management skills.

    - Ability to think strategically.

    - Self-motivating, taking action and achieving results.

    - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    - Research and Analytical skills and engage with key stakeholders to create professional reports and marketing collaterals.

    - Experience with google analytics and social channels.

    · Capable of conducting research and gathering market intelligence for markets in USA, Middle East or Australia, familiar with networking platforms like LinkedIn

    Job Description
    • The Intern will add value to Fingent, through support of the organization’s performance and implementation of high-quality organizational development initiatives and programs designed to ensure excellence and talent management processes
    • Support HR department in planning, scheduling and delivering HR concepts and special projects
    • Intern will develop and support key training activities during the duration of the internship
    • Provide assistance with HR projects & activities
    • Evaluate current projects and recommend or implement improvements to streamline and gain efficiency
    • Complete the projects on best HR practices
    • Write drafts, edit, and proofread HR & training related materials
    • Intern will have to support the Human Resources department by performing administration and data analysis functions
    • Become familiar with HR systems
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

    Job Specification
    • Candidate must have Excellent English communication both oral & written
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and self-organization

    Education Qualification preferred:

    Kindly note that this will be a 2 to 3-month full-time internship programme without stipend. The candidate would get the internship certification on completion of the programme.
