  • Career Opportunities:
    To manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from aspiration through to Operations. This will include ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meet`s business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget. To monitor and manage the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders.
    To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
    1. Accountable for timely project planning, monitoring, completion and delivery. Ensure successful implementation and maintenance as per the timeline.
    2. Managing Change Request/ Suggestion/ Enhancement scope of work and its approval by concerned authorities.
    3. Develop and maintain status reports and tracking sheets to be communicated in both a formal and informal setting.
    4. Monitor version controls, training schedule and required documentation
    5. Monitoring work progress, update progress and periodical status reporting to concerned authorities.
    6. Assist in procurement of required material/services to the client
    7. Interact with the client and other relevant governance bodies to identify their issues and concerns in matters related to the implementation of project
    8. Support in resolving interdepartmental coordination issues related to technical, architectural, support, inter dependency, standards, security, core, support or shared infrastructure issues etc.
    9. Identify Change Management needs of the department and formulate change management strategies in consultation with the client
    10. Have to give presentations to different prospects, clients and team members.
    11. Have to monitor the progress of various projects and coordinate with the development team for timely delivery.
    12. Preparing client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
    13. Monitoring the development of agreed solutions and implementing new systems
    14. Preparation of functional requirement specifications, Review of SRS
    15. Recommendation on business process re-engineering
    16. Execution of key project deliverables as per timeliness
    17. Conduct internal review meeting on status of the project and enhancement.
    18. Have to travel across locations for client visits. [Local - National - Global Visits] / Deputation.
    19.Minimum 2 to 3years of experience in project management
    20.AutoCAD will be an added advantage.


    Salary: Commensurate with the Industry standards
